Security fix for library scripts -> please update to PHProjekt 5.1.1

Today Secunia reported a security flaw in two library scripts of PHProjekt.

We fixed these security issues and along with several other bugs we released the new maintenance version PHProjekt 5.1.1. If you run PHProjekt version 5.1, we strongly recommend to update your installation to this new version.

how to update ... Just backup your installation, unzip the package and copy the scripts over the current ones, no run of setup.php is needed.
